A new dining brand has been launched under the SANA Group: Bread & Friends, built around the Portuguese heritage of bread and pastry-making.
According to the group, the goal is for this brand to be “a stage for original and fully transparent production, where the essence of Portuguese bread is crafted daily to meet the demands of modern society.”
Bread is the starting point, baked on-site in full view of customers. Coffee roasting also takes place inside the café, with two signature blends roasted at different times throughout the day.
The first location has opened in Lisbon, on Avenida Fontes Pereira de Melo, but the group has plans to expand the brand further.
